I have spent a lot of money in the last few years in my pursuit of the perfect skin care regimen (as if such a thing existed). I have spent hours reading magazine articles promising to reveal the secrets gorgeous celebrities, I scour online product reviews, and I have a lengthy and expensive wish list scattered across various websites, . Maybe I'm overthinking it, but you really get one face in this life and now that I'm officially in my 30s, I want to do everything possible to keep my skin healthy so that I can age gracefully.
Enter my introduction to Caudalie. I decided I wanted to try a serum from their Vinexpert line and I found a package deal on Sephora that included 3 products, including the cleansing water, for the price of one (sorry, I just checked online and that particular package is no longer available). While I like the serum and night cream, I ended up falling in loooove with the cleansing water. The scent is light and fresh and it removes dirt and makeup like a charm. It's free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates and made getting my face prepped for bedtime oh so easy. You see, I often get very lazy at the end of the day and having this easy cleanser in the rotation made be roughly 100x more likely to wash and moisturize before bed.
Last week, I used the very last of my bottle and now I'm back to my old bad habits. So I'm adding it to my short list of products that I'm going to buy again and again. Thanks, Caudalie, you get my money and my heart!
