Hi friends! Got any plans for the weekend? Places to go, people to see, laundry to do? Whatever is coming up for you in the next few days, I want to take a moment to remind you that you are amazing. It can be easy to forget.
Personally, I've been struggling with some frustrations this week. Life hasn't been feeling easy and I haven't been in the best headspace. For that reason, I'm making it a goal to really focus on loving myself for the next week. For the next week, I'm going to pay extra attention to any negative self-talk and practice talking back more positively. Sometimes we need reminders that we are beautiful, valuable human beings...and sometimes that reminder has to come from ourselves.
